How Handy Is That is seeking a SEM/PPC/Conversion Specialist. This is a full time position based in Warner Center in Woodland Hills. Work is split between long term direct response clients and tactical clients with 30-90 day projects. We are not a conventional agency... we are a boutique firm that becomes deeply integrated with the business of a small portfolio of very high profile clients.

This position includes management of client SEM functions, with a focus on lead ingest and conversion activities, including landing page development and optimization, multivariate testing, and results analysis. Your ability to conceptualize landing page appeals and themes, develop them in non technical software (Ion Live Ball), measure conversion results, generate reports and make changes is key to your success in this position. In return for your hard work, you will be well compensated, and have significant control over the total digital marketing plan.

Required Skills and Experience:
* 5+ Years of experience working in an online marketing capacity. Interaction with web design/engineering, with outside agencies and publishers a plus
* Advanced knowledge online advertising metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR) and campaign management process via both major PPC portals
* Advanced knowledge of SEM, and online marketing tools, solutions, and providers.
* Advanced technical ability to troubleshoot technical issues pertaining to quality of traffic, ad failures, technical complications, optimization, fill rate etc.
* Experience with landing page testing strategies, tracking code strategy, and conversion maximization.
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills, demonstrated analytical and report preparation skills as well as experience managing inbound marketing campaigns on an interactive/multimedia platform.
* Outstanding time management and project/task prioritization in a fast paced, start-up environment.
* This is a hand-on job. You will spend your time working directly on PPC accounts, landing pages, and lead nurturing tools.
