Lakers Star uses Handicapped Parking Spots...

Andrew Bynum has had reputational problems before, and now he's about to take a ride in the spin zone again, for routinely using handicapped parking spots. The irony of a star athlete using them appears lost on no one at all. Wide media pickup has started, and Bynum's agent lost the opportunity to get ahead of the story with a contrite apology, promise of better behavior, and maybe a visit to somewhere he can see what all the fuss is about.

If you think it doesn't matter, that performance is the only true measure of a sports star, remember this: endorsement deals often are worth more (and last much longer) than sports contracts, and no one hires a guy people dislike.
